Nasi sudah menjadi bubur...

Bismillah ...

Ceritanya semalam masak nasi macam biasa (mix japanese rice and thai rice) .. Biasanya portion thai rice lebih sikit sbb beras ni tersangat lah kerasnya .. Sejak ade rice dispenser, sy xlagi measure beras guna cawan nya .. Semalam nak dijadikan cerita, buka2 rice cooker, portion japanese rice dh msak elok, yg thai rice keras lagi .. Aduuhhh .. Letak le air lagi n masak balik .. Buka2, allah, worse .. Beras jepun dh lembik abis .. Mushy .. Dah rasa mkn gam kanji kita buat mse kecik2 dulu .. Aduh xkan lah nk dibuang .. Banyak .. Biar dulu, klu betul xleh buat apa, esok pg baru buang (sbb hari ni jadual buang brg boleh bakar) .. Eloknya mlm smlm dok belek2 fb ternampaklah kak nadia post / like / comment (xingat mne satu) tentang guna nasi lebihan buat bubur .. Alhamdulillah x membazir ..

Sedap juga .. Alhamdulillah xmembazir .. Cuma masih jugak ada rasa beras thai yg x masak tu (nak menggambarkan betapa kerasnya beras tu) ..

Pagi ni ingat nak pegi lab awal .. Tapi mengantuk la pulak ha .. Biasalah subuh awal betul .. Dalam jam 3.18 pg dah subuh .. Alhamdulillah bangun 5min slps azan .. Biasanya bila dh subuh mmg sy xblh tidur n lepas msak semua barulah ha mengantuk ..

Bye bye ...

  1. Salam En. Nizam...

Sorry.. I may not be able to help you much..
muslim community in hakodate is soooooo small..
to my knowledge, we don't have nearest musolla or masjid.
but muslimin in hokkaido university (hakodate campus) do perform their jumaat prayer in our school..
we were provided a small space in main buiding for prayer..
you are welcome to join them. I've told my lab mate (he's a bangladeshi muslim) about you and he said you can join them at 12 pm every friday.... please visit our school..
Graduate School of Fisheries Sciences, Hokkaido University...
It would be great if you can give me your email and i will introduce you to him...

if you happen to visit hakodate on 14-15 june, please join us in our food festival... my friend from indonesia and me will be introducing simple indonesian/malaysian food... frankly speaking, muslim in hakodate are just 12-13 including 3 families with 1-2 childs each (to my knowledge). But hakodate is worth to visit.. have fun....
